On the afternoon of May 20, Nanhu Street, Luohu District, held a meeting to commend the fundraising activities of Guangxi Longlin and Xilin for poverty alleviation. The district enterprises, social organizations and caring people who participated in the poverty alleviation donation participated in the meeting, Chen Mingwei, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Nanhu Street, Zhao Jinsong, deputy director of the District Industry and Information Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The conference commended 48 caring enterprises, associations and individuals such as Shenzhen Xingyin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and issued certificates of honor. Chen Mingwei, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Nanhu Street, expressed gratitude to the caring enterprises, social groups and individuals in the district on behalf of the street. Secretary Chen said in his speech that enterprises in the jurisdiction actively responded to the call, enthusiastically donated money, donated love, and took practical actions to help poverty alleviation, which reflected the social responsibility of enterprises and carried forward the traditional Chinese virtue of poverty alleviation. The fundraising activity raised a total of 1,083,900 yuan, which will be used for infrastructure construction and renovation of dilapidated houses of poor families in seven poor villages in Longlin and Xilin counties of Guangxi Province, which are opposite to Nanhu Street.

Poverty alleviation is the common responsibility of the whole society.
