On the afternoon of June 4, 2016, the third member representative conference of Shenzhen Luohu Nanhu Chamber of Commerce and the third session of the conference room was held in the third floor of Shenzhen Fulin Hotel. Nanhu Street Party Working Committee Secretary, office director Liang Rui, street leaders and leaders from Luohu District Federation of Industry and Commerce, District Economic Promotion Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau, Investment Promotion Bureau, Nanhu Chamber of Commerce, alliance enterprises, news media and guests from all walks of life were invited to attend the meeting. A total of 138 representatives of member companies attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Hu Yongcong, member of the Party Working Committee of Nanhu Street and Minister of Urban Development and Renewal. The conference listened to and reviewed the work report of the second session of the Council, reviewed and passed the Articles of Association of the Chamber of Commerce, election Methods, and membership fee management Measures, elected the third session of the Council, and announced that Liu Tingfu, chairman of Shenzhen Xingyin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was elected as the new president. Huang Shikun, chairman of Shenzhen Jinyafu Jewelry Group, Xie Pengcheng, chairman of Shenzhen Jingwu Investment Group, Zhang Jiahua, chairman of Shenzhen Good Family Industry Co., LTD., Li Decheng, Vice president of Shenzhen Zhonglian Guangshen Pharmaceutical Group, and Zhang Jianghan, chairman of Shenzhen Guanyutong International Freight Forwarding Co., LTD., were hired as honorary presidents of the third Council.

Subsequently, the new president, Mr. Liu Tingfu, delivered a passionate speech on his election. President Liu expressed his gratitude to Nanhu Chamber of Commerce for the rich experience and valuable wealth accumulated in the first two sessions of the Council, which laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Chamber of Commerce. President Liu pointed out that the establishment of the new council should continue to provide a communication platform for new and old members, strengthen liaison, gather strength, integrate resources, continuously enhance members\' sense of belonging and sense of honor, and constantly enhance the cohesion, radiation and influence of Nanhu Chamber of Commerce. In his speech, President Liu stressed that the next work of the Chamber of Commerce should focus on the following five aspects. First, give full play to corporate social responsibility and jointly build a harmonious jurisdiction. The second is to collect the opinions of businesses in a timely manner, feedback the aspirations of enterprises, and smooth communication channels between government and enterprises. The third is to hold the chamber of Commerce at a timely time to exchange and investigate the internal and external enterprises, open the mind and learn from each other. The fourth is to keep up with the characteristics of the enterprise, combined with the needs of the enterprise, and do a targeted job of enterprise training and promotion activities. Fifth, the Chamber of Commerce should truly be a friendly person for the development of enterprises, serve members, and return members.

Finally, Liang Rui, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the office of Nanhu Street, delivered a speech at the meeting. He fully affirmed the achievements made by the Nanhu Chamber of Commerce in promoting the economic and social development of the area, and said that the street Party Working committee and the office will continue to support the development and growth of the Nanhu Chamber of Commerce. He hoped that the new Council leadership team will continue to carry forward the fine tradition, further strengthen the platform construction, enhance service efficiency, unite and lead the majority of members and non-public economic personnel, and make new contributions to the economic and social development of the district. At the same time, he called on all entrepreneurs to work together for common development, constantly demonstrate the goodness of the heart, and release the sense of social responsibility of entrepreneurs.
