2000
Star Silver Pharmaceutical and Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Group, by Star Silver Pharmaceutical holding joint venture Nanjing Luxing Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., after the change of shares, the company changed its name to Nanjing Yinda Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. In October of the same year, Xingyin Pharmaceutical established Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Research Co., LTD., wholly owned by Xingyin Pharmaceutical in Nanjing High-tech Development Zone.
2001
Xingyin Pharmaceutical acquired 250 mu of land in Lishui Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, and intends to invest in the construction of a large modern drug production base - Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Industrial Park.
2002
Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in Lishui Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province; In June of the same year, the first production workshop - spray workshop passed the national GMP certification.
2003
On March 27, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held in Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Industrial Park.
2004
On June 27, the completion ceremony of the main (Phase I) project of Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Industrial Park was held in Lishui Economic Development Zone. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation "Gegen Tang mixture" obtained the new drug certificate and registration approval.
In July, Nanjing Luxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. set up Nanjing Luxing Pharmaceutical Retail Chain Co., Ltd. due to development needs.
On September 13, the company\'s general agent variety Maizhiling tablet and the company\'s self-produced variety Star Rick entered the national medical insurance drug catalog.
2005
On January 28, Gegen Tang mixture manufacturing process invention patent application was officially accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office, acceptance number: 200510038279.3.
On April 12, approved by the National FSDA, the trade name of Xinnaoling was changed to "Xingnaoling Tablet".
In July, Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical declared "Gegen Tang mixture countercurrent extraction ultrafiltration separation nanofiltration concentration integrated technology industrialization" approved by Nanjing Science and Technology Bureau, listed as Nanjing in 2005 the second batch of science and technology smes technological innovation fund project.
In August, the construction planning and design scheme of the second phase of Nanjing Xingyin Industrial Park was introduced.
In September, the compound codeine phosphate oral solution was approved by the national SFDA and obtained the drug registration approval document.
2006
On March 22, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held for the second phase of the Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Industrial Park.
In July, the packaging box of compound codeine phosphate oral solution was granted the design patent certificate by the State Intellectual Property Office.
From October 12 to 16, the 11th Office director Autumn working Conference was held in Nanjing Lishui Xingyin Industrial Park, with a total of 150 people attending the meeting. At the meeting, the chairman made a speech on the relevant issues of Xingyin Pharmaceutical development and construction.
2007
On January 23, the fourth board meeting of the second session of Nanjing Luxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was held in Lishui, Nanjing. The meeting changed the name of "Nanjing Luxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." to "Nanjing Yinda Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.".
On June 20, Nanjing Xingyin Kaifeng Controlled Release Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was registered in Lishui County, Nanjing. On November 8, the inauguration ceremony was held in Lishui Xingyin Pharmaceutical Industrial Park.
On the occasion of the autumn work conference of the 12th Office director of Xingyin Medicine, the Xingyin Information building renovated according to the four-star standard in the second phase of Xingyin Industrial Park has been renovated and began to provide reception services for the conference.
In mid-December, Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical solid workshop passed GMP certification, so far the factory has a total of lyophilized, oral liquid, spray, solid tablets and other five production lines through GMP certification.
2008
On May 17, the company hosted a seminar of Star Naoling experts in Wuhan. More than 100 experts, professors and academic leaders from neurology, cardio-cerebrovascular departments of hospitals at all levels in Hunan and Hubei provinces attended the meeting. The meeting launched a heated discussion on the company\'s star Naoling products.
On May 22, Xingyin Medical co-organized the Third National Vascular Surgery and Tissue Engineering Academic Conference and the Second National Lower Extremity Vascular Diseases Forum in Wuhan, Hubei Province.
On May 31, Mai Zhiling Salon Seminar was held in Jinan, Shandong Province.
